I like this person but they gotta man and i dont think she gonna break up with him and she thinks I'm suppose to except that. And I liked the person for a very long time and i wanna do right for her but she aint meetin me atleast half way.............wat shall I do ma?

Well if you really like this girl you would want her to be happy even if she is not with you i mean being mutual friends is okay that means she'll have a shoulder to cry on and someone to talk to of the opposite sex.What do you mean meeting you half way, how can she meet you have way if something is holding her from your reach.
My advice is to be her closes friend and see if things can change for the future.
